“Overnight delivery once cable received from manufacturer and burnt in. Always had excellent service from Futureshop. As for the cable... audiophiles notoriously pay large sums for marginal improvement and that's what I expected in upgrading from black diamond to silver diamond. But it's transformational in detail, in timbre, in sense of space - in every way. I have a very resolving DAC, a Weiss Helios, and this cable delivers its full performance.”

“I bought current a pair cables Chord Epic XL from Future Shop which is one of the best value cables in Chord Company’s lineup, sitting above ShawlineX and below SignatureXL. It is particularly well suited to revealing loudspeakers such as the Wharfedale Aura 2 with its AMT tweeter.”

“Bought a AudioQuest Rocket 11 2 to 4 Bi-Wire for my Fyne Audio F501S. Everything is alright. Even with Customs its much cheaper than buying in EU. Would recommend!”

“First time Futureshop customer. Ordered a Six Star distribution block (Connected Fidelity) and mains lead (QED). The block seems to be made to order so there was a slight shipping delay - but kept up to date by Futureshop so not a problem. I'm delighted with the performance. My Naim power supplies used to suffer from transformer hum (a very common issue) but, connected to the Six Star, are now completely silent.”

“I placed an order and within an hour a member of staff phoned to query it. I had accidentaly ordered an EU item with a UK power cable. WELL DONE! I am really impressed with this level of attention to detail and the care shown for customers. The member of staff I spoke to was very helpful and managed to refrain from mentioning my lack of attention. I will be using this supplier again and can highly recommend them, especially if you are seeking some advice.”
