“Delivery was a little fragmented and confusing, but product arrived eventually”

Dear Cliff, Thank you for your recent order with Future Shop. I am writing to personally apologise for the delay in your delivery. We usually pride ourselves on a very short delivery cycle; however, we encountered a minor setback with this particular product line. Our supplier was undergoing a year-end stocktake programme, which temporarily paused their dispatch operations. They were able to ship the stock to us on the 12th of January, and upon receipt on the 14th, we immediately prioritised your order for dispatch. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this delay. We trust that the GAIA III isolation feet are performing well and making a noticeable difference to your system’s sound quality. “I ordered the NRG-Y3 on Sun 28th Dec, which was swiftly dispatched on Mon and timely delivered on Tues 30th. I cannot fault Future Shop for their professionalism & efficiency. Originally this cable was purchased for a Technics SL1200G, but as the C14 inlet port is recessed & sideways facing, I found the connector was a little too large for the space it was intended for. ..Hope was not all lost though!, I found a very good home for it, on my Allen & Heath mixer. Many Thanks, Future Shop..”

“Dealt with Nigel via email to enquire about QED XT25 Speaker cable and QED Screwlock Banana plugs for my recent Q Acoustic M20 speakers purchase. I threw a lot of questions his way to get to the point of me ordering cable and plugs, and Nigel was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the accessories I needed for my speakers. He provided the best price compared to two other outlets I tried. Once ordered and paid, I received my items very quickly and I must say that the improvement to the sound of my Q Acoustic M20 speakers is exceptional. Thank you Nigel for your advice and guidance. I highly recommend this company for all things audio equipment.”
