“I ordered some speaker cables online one evening but phoned Future Shop the following morning to see if were possible to add to my order. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that my order had already been processed and was awaiting courier pick-up later that day (I had specified next day delivery). They could not be more helpful in adding my additional items to the existing order, and even agreed (and were true to their word) to defer delivery by one day so I could be at home to receive. Have yet to trial the new cables but super happy with the customer interface and service efficiency and will definitely go to Future Shop again for my ancillary needs.”

As our custom cables are individually measured, cut and hand-terminated, there can occasionally be a very small tolerance in the finished lengths. We do our best to keep the pair as closely matched as possible, but slight variations can occur as part of the hand-built process.
