“Asked if the Audioquest USB-C to USB-B cable would connect my iPhone to my kit and for a comprehensive reply from Nigel. Connected up and working wonderfully. Good step up from Bluetooth connection. Sound quality also improving as it runs in. Very happy”

“Weight problems solved. Pro-Ject Measure it DS. I've had a set of electronic scales for measuring tracking weight on my phono cartridges for years but the device was part of a turntable that I am selling. While it would have been nice to retain the scales I thought the next owner should also benefit from them as part of the turntable package. This led me to looking for a replacement set of scales to use with my new turntable which has interchangeable head shells which I would be using frequently to swap between stereo and mono cartridges. This would require frequent use of a set of scales so I was looking for a set that were easy to use. Browsing through Future Shops range I discovered these Pro-Ject ones which although more expensive than some looked as though they would fit the bill. They arrived in double quick time, obviously very fast response from the team at Future Shop and a sterling effort from Royal Mail. In use they performed really well and as I had hoped, they are easy to use. As most turntable owners will know, tracking weight is a very important aspect of playing records, getting it right is essential for your cartridge and for your vinyl. This Pro-Ject tracking guage is the perfect tool for this important task.”

“The tech guy I spoke to was extremely helpful and went out of his way to give me the correct advice, I actually bought a cable but he was quite clear that it was probably not going to cure my problem but he gave me advice on what I should do. I would most certainly deal with future shop again.”

“I can't fault these guys: always helpful and they should be as the sell VERY expensive stuff. But no matter one's budget I've continually been impressed at the services they provide, custom cables, exchanges, refunds et al they always pass muster. AVCom however, are also very good but haven't quite got such a large range. And Audio Sanctuary I've also foung excellent. All good buit I think Futureshop has the edge and I've been dealing with then for five years or more!”

“I am very pleased with the QED Reference Audio 40 cables especially the connectors.A much greater clarity and warmth has now been added to the overall sound together with the QED X-Tube XT-400 speaker cables a huge improvement.”

“Have been using future shop for many years. Good choice of cables for all situations. Prompt delivery every time. Most recent purchase was Atacama Apollo 10 shelves. Order passed promptly to Atacama, who fulfilled the order directly. High quality product with service to match. May seem a lot of money for shelves, but it's actually a very reasonable price for a fine piece of furniture, which is what you are really getting. Delivered well within the quoted timescale, very safely packaged.”

“Great advice and service. After speaking to Mark about upgrading my qed speaker cable on my av system i ordered Merlin Trantula cable for all of the surround speakers and have found a great improvement in the sound stage and with a more warm sound and better detail on all the channels.It has been a great upgrade to the system and many thanks to Mark and Future Shop.”

“This is about a coaxial digital cable. The Wireworld Silver Starlight 10 Digital Coaxial Audio Cable. There are many companies who make cables and I'm sure they are all good, but i like the construction of these cables and the materials used which is where the copper and silver are made using the ONCC system where there are as pure as possible and single crystal.”
