“On 9 may i orderderd some cord shawline speaker cable orderd it in afternoon. Was deliverd at 9.00am next day briliant service cable has msd big differance to sound more like realistic soud from my speakers.well worth the money”

“The WBT banana plugs arrived in double quick time. They are now installed in my system and working superbly. I have used WBT connectors for many years and always found them to sound outstanding. Full marks to Futureshop for excellent service”

“Firstly Steve was very helpful in finding me an alternative product to the one I wanted to get it to me within a few days as the one I wanted was out of stock, so 5 starts there, it's just the product I had to accept wasn't what I wanted initially, I was offered a Nordost Blue Heaven power cable discounted to the same price as the Wireworld Electra cable I ordered, as this was temporarily out of stock, so initially dissapointed, I am now really enjoyning the Nordost. I was then made the offer to send the Nordost back and receive the Wireworld cable as it was back in stock, but I'll order this as well and carry on enjoying the Nordost, good job Future Shop!!”

I contacted the support team and then provided the details of the products I was going to purchase.
