“The service and communications were excellent. I ordered two Audioquest HDMI cables and received a phone call after I ordered them straightway, only one cable in stock at that point, one was sent so I recieved it the next day. I did not order the cables until 4pm so that was very quick and the sevond cable will be wuth me today, so 3 working days. Very happy. The cable itself is being used from my TV to preamp via eARC and the overall sound much better definition and wider image. Overall very happy.”

“My Naim Uniti is mounted in a "Singer Sewing Machine" table, I isolated using home made sorbothane pads, which were probably overloaded. The Oehlbach "absorbers" are beautifully made and are specified to well over the ~ 22Kg of my installation. As the feet on the "Singer" are small wheels I have added large washers to evenly distribute the weight over the absorber. Delivery was superfast and the units well, but not over, packed. Communications about the delivery were timely and accurate. Great job. Have they made a big difference, no, but I have found out over time that small steps lead to great improvements.”

It’s great to hear how carefully you’ve thought through the isolation and weight distribution, and the Oehlbach absorbers fitted so well. We agree that small, well-judged changes add up over time. “Very convenient that I could drive to the place and pick up what I needed. When you need something, generally you need it now and not tomorrow or the day after. I was so happy that these were open on New Years Eve and that they had exactly what I was after no issues. Great stuff. In future it would be great to be able to buy some speakers or equipment from here, but it seems they deal mostly in cabling and interconnects. Interesting direction but brilliant all the same that it exists and in such a convenient location.”

“It was good to find somewhere that had the specific product I needed in stock but unfortunately it’s arrived damaged. I’d presume this is more likely because of the delivery company which is a shame.”

“Speedy responce from Future Shop. The Audioquest Cinnamon 48 HDMI cable replaced an Audioquest Forest 48 . The difference between the two is the silver content of 1.25% in the former and 0.5% in the latter and construction details in terms of screening. In terms of sound quality the Cinnamon, compared to the Forest,gives increased musical detail,space,dynamics and bass depth. Compared to the Audioquest Pearl (which is copper with less screening) the change is not as great as a move from Pearl to Forest”

“Very quick service, called and placed and ordered over the phone and collected the item with in 30min. The Item Cord Company Clearway Power High Performance Main Cable for my Anthem 3ch power amp. Great performance as voice and bass much clearer.”
