“I have receently purchased a Furutech socket and cover from Future Shop with the help of Mark. I have to say the service was superb. They helped source my socket as quickly as possible and kept me up to date at all times. Would definitely recommend the company and would have no hesittaion in buying from them again.”

“I use Future shop for my two channel cables and they have always delivered promptly. Recently I ordered some new speaker cable but wanted to change the connectors after the order was sent. A quick 'phone call and Future Shop made the change without any fuss and the cable still arrived very promptly and as ordered. Highly recommended.”

“I wish all shops were like Future Shop! Staff are friendly and give the impression that they really want to help. You can rely on anything they sell being the genuine component. Any issues they are very keen to resolve it to your satisfaction, even if it means the company taking a loss. i.e. When returning a product when it doesn't work out in your system. Cannot recommend highly enough.”

“I ordered a cable for my HiFi. My initial order was incorrect (I had inadvertently specified the wrong connectors). I rang Future Shop the following morning to advise them about my error and for advice about correcting it. The guy I spoke to was very helpful and understanding. He cancelled and refunded my original order and advised me to submit the correct one. The (correct) cable was delivered the following day. Great customer service. Highly recommended.”

“Ordered a brush chrome flat plate and I received a polished chrome plate instead. The Future Shop recently reached out to me and saw the mistake. They recently sent me a replacement which was a brushed chrome plate. The service was fast and prompt. Extremely happy with the service. Many thanks!”
