“Purchased two lengths of QED 79 cables for my Pure cd dab+ unit. There is a noticable differance between the 32 strand cable and these QEDs. Delivery was overnight by Royal mail, no problems there. Will I use Future shop again ? Yes, very impressed.”

“Future Shop has great products and gets product out fast. If you buy from them do not use DPD because they charge you for next day and never deliver next day. Future shop rocks”

Dear Marcin, I hope you are well. First, I want to sincerely thank you for bringing the issue with your last order to our attention. I am writing to personally apologise for the significant delay and the unacceptable performance of our courier. Given that you requested next working day delivery, we absolutely would have expected this to arrive by the 2nd of June. I registered a formal report to investigate the cause of the problem. What I found was that while we were very prompt in dispatching your goods, a series of handling issues occurred at the courier's depot level. This resulted in several delays and, unfortunately, put us in a poor light. For context, we saw that you placed the order on Friday evening after we had closed for the weekend. Our office reopened on Monday, the 1st of June, at 9:00 AM, and we dispatched your order to DHL by 9:20 AM. Despite our speed, the courier struggled to execute the delivery as planned. Please accept my sincere apologies for this on their behalf. We pride ourselves on the delivery performance we normally provide for our customers, and you deserve a much higher standard of service. While these specific delays were technically beyond our direct control, we assume full responsibility for your experience. As a gesture of goodwill, I have arranged a £20.00 store credit for you to use on your next order. Kindest regards, Future Shop

“I recently bought some Audioquest power cables from the Future shop. After placing the initial order I realized I had to make a change. I contacted the Future Shop by phone and within a few minutes minutes the changes were made. Shipped from England to Isreal I received my order within a week! I can highly recommend the Future Shop, incredible customer service and fast shipping make shopping there a true pleasure!”

“Excellent service, I telephoned to discuss my requirements and the team were extremely helpful and made two custom mains cables and shipped these with a Supra mains block, all of which arrived the next day. I have purchased a number of cables in the past and always get a great service and price. Many thanks.”

“In total, I bought 3 Nos IsoTek EVO3 Mini Mira, 1 No Isotek V5 Aquarius, 6 Nos Isotek EVO3 Initium Power Cable and 1No IsoTek EVO3 Premier Power Cable. I plug 1 Mira to the Main using Premier cable and connect the Aquarius to 1 outlet of the Mira, and all Hifi components to the Aquarius. The background noise is gone forever. Phenomenal. Keep up the great job. Recommeded”

“I recently ordered some made to order speaker cables and a pair of Atacama Moseco speaker stands. The service and communication from Future Shop was absolutely faultless, the cables were made and delivered within 2 days. The speakers took a little longer as they were not in stock, these were however delivered within 24 hours of Future Shop receiving them. I would highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again when the need arises.”
