“Hi, order number 200287724. The website browse and choice is superb. Email communications confirming and tracking the order are first rate. Choice of delivery type is very good. Packaging was poor, with an open ended 'wrap around' cardboard sleeve leaving the ends unprotected apart from the plastic bag wrap (which was untidily taped up - not a professional look for expensive and superbly built products). Also no signature was asked for, even though FS messages said it would be, the door bell rang but the package was left on the doorstep in the rain with delivery guy gone within 30 seconds. “Bought the chord epic x cables for my front speakers and the difference in sound is much better then my previous set up I honestly didn’t think that by upgrading my cables my sound would be much clearer! Highly recommended ☺️”

“Très satisfait de ma commande Câble coaxial atlas élément achromatic x et jumper câble atlas equator de très bonnes qualités. Attention toute fois ,pour les commandes hors Grande Bretagne Pour ma part ,commande pour la France. J ai du payer la TVA 34€ environ pour un achat de 153,32€.😟 Globalement,pour la qualité des produits et du service commercial. Je recommande.”
