“I received excellent personal service when I made an unexpected visit to the premises near Barnet. While I waited, the streaming cable I chose was made for me. All the staff I met were relaxed,friendly and professional.”

“Great advice for free on what cables would be best for my setup. I ordered the goods and they arrived in smart looking box very professional. Tv box and blu-ray working perfectly solved lip sync problem very satisfied.”

“Future shop is a very reputable company dealing with hifi components to suit everyone’s budget. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable , their website is easy to navigate, clear pricing and the reviews are of a non bias nature. I’ve been using Future shop for a long time and I’ve always had an excellent service from them.”

“Spoke to Mark at Future Shop re some speaker cables that I wanted to replace. Been fortunate enough to slowly add to and update a set up that I bought 20 years ago. Speaker cables were the penultimate upgrade from some 20yrs old QED Silver Anniversary cables. Well all I can say is that every time I sit down and listen I smile like a Cheshire cat and cannot believe how much a difference the cables have made. As Mark said, I now want to play every single piece of music, CD or Vinyl, to hear the differences. Last step will be rca connections so will be speaking to Mark soon. Thank you”

“Future shop's shopping and delivery performance was very good, but I was a little less impressed by the product support. The product I bought actually worked very well, but it need a bit of tinkering to get there as there wasn't a lot of help in how to set it up and what the settings did. It looked like it was directed to a professional installation market.”

“I recently made a purchase from Future Shop UK and overall my experience was excellent. If you're looking for a trustworthy retailer for Hi‑Fi cables, home cinema accessories, or AV connectivity, Future Shop UK is hard to beat. Their product quality, speed, and especially their customer support make them stand out. While they may not always be the cheapest, the overall value including peace of mind, technical support, fast delivery is excellent. I’ll definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them to anyone serious about good sound and reliable service.”
