“I was looking on the internet for a quality HDMI cable. Discovered Future Shop who were advertising a suitable cable which caught my eye. It was not cheap but I was prepared to pay the cost for the right cable. It was easy to order online and it arrived with a few days. I have yet to use the cable but delighted with my purchase. Happy to recommend Future Shop.”

“1. UPS delivery is a big disappointment. It's estimated delivery time provided at the beginning is a total mistake and I can't believe that they're not aware of it. And then it's waiting without knowing when the package will stop and start moving again. When they delivered, they called 20 minutes in advance and expected me to be at home waiting for them. 2. May be I didn't manage my expectations well. The Genesis is just about the same as my 20i though after 96 hours of burn-in by the esteemed Nordost machine and I've been extra careful with the direction of the cable. Just hope that it will gradually improve. By the way I'm using s 300B to drive a pair of Lowther which is supposed to be a very efficient and revealing system.”

“Very well packed. Delivered on tme. Wireworld Nova toslink. Very loose connections. But sound wise seems better than what I have already. Good value for money.”

“I bought AudioQuest Rocket 22 and replaced my old Rocket 11, the difference in sound is obvious in the whole soundstage, especially in the bass line, so my combo Naim supernight 3 with Spendor D7 is on a higher level. Future Shop delivered to me very quickly with tracking of the shipment, all praise to Future Shop.”

“I bought a XLR to Phono Adapter as my cleaner fell on the phono socket on my B&W subwoofer. As it has XLR and RCA sockets I thought I'd try an adaptor before returning the sub for what would be an expensive repair. It worked a treat; the only thing it lacks is the locking fixture so it's not as tight as it should be. Used Futrueshop quite a few times in the past and their service was excellent with rapid despatch and delivery. 5* company.”

“Excellent service, fast delivery. Ordered a new tv aerial flylead. Excellent quality cable and connectors. Noticed a slight mprovement in picture quality compared to the previous (thin cheap) lead I was using. Would definitely use Futureshop again.”
