“Purchased 2 lengths of Kordz custom length speaker cable in different coulours for ease of installation in wall, and very soon after got an email to say one colour was currently out of stock, would I be happy with an alternative colour which I was. A day later it arrived . Excellent service with quick responses to questions. I have also communicated via email regarding connectivity with wall plates, and Nigel has responded very quickly with the required answers. Thank you for all your help!!!”

“Excellent Service I initially contacted Future Shop seeking advice about a possible speaker cable upgrade. I spoke with ‘Hezron’ who advised me of an alternative route (that would perhaps be slightly less financially beneficial for Future Shop). Upshot is I have my speaker cables revamped with new plugs etc and a very professional job has been done. Definitely recommended, thank you.”

“The Atacama Hi fi rack was competitively priced and the product quality is very impressive. The manufacturer's packaging is also very good. This was over-wrapped very effectively for shipping which was re-assuring. Delivery was sooner than expected and came in two stages. The second part arrived in our porch with a loud thud. Just as well the packaging was good! I would have no qualms about using Futureshop again.”

“A noticeable improvement in sound dynamics. No wonder I guess, the speaker cables are several times thicker than the cheap speaker wire I’ve used for years. Should have upgraded sooner.”

“Every single cable helps to make a difference. You may not notice much of a difference with the first cable you perchace, but the more you add the better your system will get. Speaker cables are the best to buy first as they do make a big difference.”

“Bought 2 pairs of jumper cables as my new amp didn't support bi-wiring. I hadn't realised you still had to keep the low frequency connections on the speakers live. The cables brought back all the frequencies that were missing. I'm happy now with the sound I'm getting.”
