“Shop with confidence; the customer service is brilliant. I changed my mind about one of my purchases, sent an email to cancel it and got an email confirming my refund the same day from a named customer services rep (on a bank holiday too)! “love my Uma Cantick lightshades "Wingtale Lamp" !! I bought one in natural and one in black, they look stunning! Exactly as described. Unfortunately there were issues with the delivery of the first one due to the courier company and not helped by COVID crisis, however Fy customer service staff were truly brilliant and I eventually got it. Really happy with shades and C/Service from Fy, big thanks!!”
