“Fy were great with processing an order cancellation, after I’d accidentally ordered the same item twice. Customer support were very quick and helpful with processing the refund, and kept me informed. Couldn’t have asked for better service!”

“love my Uma Cantick lightshades "Wingtale Lamp" !! I bought one in natural and one in black, they look stunning! Exactly as described. Unfortunately there were issues with the delivery of the first one due to the courier company and not helped by COVID crisis, however Fy customer service staff were truly brilliant and I eventually got it. Really happy with shades and C/Service from Fy, big thanks!!”

“My first time buying a print so much to choose from I love lots of stuff it was the hardest part ! When it arrived I was really happy with it ,the frame and glass look 1st class it was well packed too and came in 48 hours which for me living on a Scottish island ..doesn’t happen that often ! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else now ! Delighted 😃”
