“After many attempts, manage to place my order for 1 print on the 23/6/2019 to check out the quality, with the intention of ordering 4 more on the same theme. Money went out of the bank within the hour. Then NOTHING!!! No confirmation of order, no delivery information, unable to find my order, no comeback on enquiries, NOTHING!! I should have realised with the odd ordering system, okay no basket But where is the Checkout you mention?”

“I'm a returning customer having made an initial test purchase a few months ago. Had a slightly damaged frame arrive with my latest purchase which is annoying but repairable wit a bit of glue and a touch up with a marker pen. I reached out to ask the customer service team if i could get a frame replacement with a new print to sit in it if i paid for the print. The team went above and beyond to make this happen for me. Overall - The prints and frames are great products, there is a wide range to choose from, all representing great value and the customer service is excellent. I will be eyeing up any blank walls in my house weighing up which lovely print to acquire next from my new favourite online shop.”
