Yesterday I received an email regarding an issue I have been chasing for weeks. I had ordered branded fruit tree feed and they eventually sent a plain green bottle with a white ingredient label. The mail asked me to take pictures and to send them back. (AT MY COST) i WILL NOT BE DOING ANYTHING OF THE SORT. Their track record does not inspire confidence. I will however be taking this further. Dreadful company . Still trading and substituting goods without consultation .

Ordered 3 plants finally after a month of waiting I received my plants only to find one was a pathetic pot of twigs which I paid £30 and It should have had a least buds on them, to add insult to injury one of the plants I ordered never arrived, tried to raise a ticket only to get ticket service no longer working, phone number given is not in service, looks like I have been scammed the second plant I received was not even what I ordered,,,, wtf, looks like I need to seek legal advice as they seem to be impossible to contact , disgusting service and diabolical company .

I ordered over 100 pounds worth of plants on 5th april... not heard a thing since. Having seen the reviews I doubt I will ever get them. I have raised two tickets asking for a refund and they have not been replied too. They have now shut the ticket service down. I have lost over 100 pounds. I am now trying to get them money back via my credit card company.

Awful company. Not received my order After 15 working days still nothing and that’s incl bank holidays. . No contact. Can’t even get in touch with them via ticket system. How do I get my money back ?

Ordered on line on 9th April. Heard nothing since. No plants, no refund. It's now 30th April. My emails are ignored. I am now opening a dispute for a full refund. Not even the manners to send an email to explain why.

Delays beyond the 15 days and no response to tickets. No way to run a business. Having read other reviews I am now fearful of what I am going to get when they eventually arrive, if they ever do. Quick to take payment though.

ordered plants 30th March and status says dispatched via Yodel. Yodel stated delivery by 17th April but still not arrived. Not impressed with Yodel's tracking or by being unable to contact gardening Express. Still waiting for update on another order placed 7th April.

I’d give zero rating if I could!!! Ordered 8th April, no order to date, automated replies to enquiries only. Received reply eventually promising my order was being processed, still no delivery and to add to insult, they didn’t even use my name but addressed email to someone else! Reported to my card company and logged dispute/claim as failure to send items. Wouldn’t trust or order from here ever again!!! Quick to take peoples money and not adhere to their Own delivery times. Utter disgrace of a company!

I made an order on the 6th of April and still not received anything now it's 30th of April. Its impossible to contact them. I want to get a refund so that I can use a more reliable supplier but impossible to arrange this as they ignore my emails. They are the worst avoid avoid avoid.

I ordered on 8th April. Cost £85 I have heard nothing (their website says you will get an order update at 5, 10 and 15 days) . There is no way to contact them . It appears I am not alone

My first order and the roses arrived are dead. The 2nd order the plant is in awful condition, broken branches are a bad looking plant. Also got my order wrong. Should have been 2 forsythia and 6 Aubretia- I got 1 bad forsythia and 2 Aubretia. Cannot get in touch with them. So disappointed. The photo shows my other forsythia I had and the one to its left is the one they sent me. Just awful! The red circles show where it’s broken.

Ordered plants 20 days ago, still not received order, tried to contact through email and social media and had nothing back, terrible company will never use again and as im reading on your social media pages neither will a lot of other people

BEWARE - RIP OFF COMPANY THAT APPEAR TO HAVE CEASED TRADING!!!!!!!! IF YOU HAVE PLACED AN ORDER WITH 'Gardening Express', YOU SHOULD CONTACT YOUR PAYMENT CARD PROVIDER NOW AND DEMAND A FULL REFUND!!!!!!!!! = This company are still taking customers money but are not supplying any products!!!!! They ignore all emails and their so-called 'Ticket System' is switched off!!! Order placed 18 days ago and not a single email, message, call or anything from them about my order. TRADING STANDARDS HAVE NOW BEEN ALERTED TO THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! It looks as though they could be a company that is going to go bust becuase of the Virus... but are still taking customers money!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU ARE LIKELY TO GET RIPPED-OFF AND NEVER GET A REFUND!!!!! THEY PUBLISH A DAILY TWITTER advert but do not reply to any of their customers!!!!!!!! AVOID - OR RISK NEVER GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!! PLENTY OF OTHER TRUSTWORTHY COMPANIES OUT THERE... UNLIKE THIS ONE!!!!! I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND MANY TIMES BUT THEY JUST KEEP IGNORING ME!!!! Ordered on the 9th of Aril and heard nothing since. No way to contact the company and reading other reviews or the facebook page they have, the people lucky enough to get plants get them in a poor condition. Honestly avoid! I wish I had read reviews first.

Ordered 6th April. Sent two online tickets, two facebook messages and have commented on their most recent post and I haven't heard a thing since. My mother in law placed an order the day after me and is in the same situation. Any communication would alleviate the feeling of being scammed...

Disgusting service!!! Its been 20 days nothing. Emailed twice..... totally ignored!!!! Vile company!!! Rip off merchants Quick to take monies off you but never deliver the goods..... cant even ask for a refund as no way to contact the pigs. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

AVOID. Agree with other reviews here. I placed an order April 6, and heard nothing. I sent an email to cancel, as they can't even indicate a proposed delivery date, but got the same cut and past stock response from Sam in their customer service team i.e. that I can't cancel the order but will have to wait for the delivery to arrive, then fill out a returns form. So, rather than cancel the order so that they do not incur any delivery costs, and risks to their driver, they want it to be delivered, and will then will incur the costs of coming back out to retrieve the goods. Bizarre business decision. I even emailed their founder having found his details on LinkedIn, but no response. Disgraceful customer service, and I'll be pursuing the same actions as others to get my money back.
