“I wish I had read these reviews before ordering over £70 of plants which haven't arrived after nearly 4 weeks of waiting. Nothing on their slick web site... we all understand its a difficult time, be nice to know if its on its way..quick enough to take my money bet I will have no chance of getting it back so might as well wait and see what arrives...!”

“Like others, I have had no information from the company and no word about my order made on the 11th April. I have now taken to Twitter to see if that gets a response - but I'm not holding out much hope! Sadly I wouldn't use this company again - I know that things are tricky at the moment, but don't take customer's money and then disappear - not a great business model.”

“Ordered and paid on 9th April. No delivery, And also no response to two tickets raised . You cannot call and it seems the only option to make contact is a ticket system which I am still awaiting a a response despite submitting an enquiry several times. Absolute disgrace that they cannot operate and ignore customers once they have taken their money . It seems I am not the only customer let down by this Company. Ultimately this Company have defrauded me out of my money Like many others . They have not honoured their contract. Please do not use this Company. watchdog needs to get involved .”

“I would give minus stars if I could. I ordered on the 8th of April and have not had any news of my order even though my account was charged £95 the day after the order was placed. I've tried to contact the company by raising s ticket but no one has gotten back to me. They are still taking orders but aren't even able to fulfil the ones they have outstanding. Absolute disgrace that a company like this is using this pandemic to rip people off.”

“Placed large order. Items not received. I logged on and there was a notice about longer wait. Ok, I thought, I will cancel. But website would not allow it and there’s no phone number and no email. They also disabled chat function. Horrible experience and now must fight to get money back.”

“I placed an order on 8th April. Order was dispatched 16th April - apparently! Now 1st May & still not arrived. No response to emails either. I guess if they do arrive now they will be dead! Customer service is non existent.”

“Would have given a 0 star if I had an option. Order placed on 13th April..Been 3 weeks and no update on whether it has even been dispatched. 65£ spent. No response to the ticket raised either., Pathetic!! Will be raising a dispute if I don’t get an update in the next 2-3 days.”

“Placed am order, it finally came today, after s 4 week wait. Ordered plants but received a small bag of Dahlia bulbs and one plant. £65 out of pocket, not even the plants I ordered in the first place.”

“I fully understand the current unprecedented situation, however this money have taken the money and run - taken on far too many orders than they can handle leaving I and others very frustrated. I ordered £110 of plants on the 6th April and can handle waiting, but the fact they have not had any communication, even just to say they will be delivered on day x is a disgrace. I still await my order...”

“Ordered plants on 10th April 2020 and it’s now 1st May. Plants not yet despatched yet although money taken straight away. Contacted Company but still no reply. I’m a pensioner and not in a position to waste money. This Company shouldn’t be trading as you can see from the enormous amount of complaints. Totally unacceptable way to treat customers. Watchdog needs to get involved in order to stop this way of trading. Disgusting!!!!!!!”
