“We sold our car and I contacted admiral through the website to ask them to cancel the insurance. We heard nothing so I did it again. Eventually we simply cancelled our direct debit. We then received a letter demanding a lot of money for unpaid services. When I finally called them, they were extremely apologetic, and gave me a refund. It was utterly delightful to deal with a company who immediately made good their wrong and admitted to it immediately. Will definitely use them again”
