Now my new insurer called and told me that my insurance price is triple because of admiral statements.
I requested to be listened the conversation and to come back with the outcome of the investigation!
No outcome received!
No one called me back!
They do false claims on customers name !
I have repaired my car with my own money !

“Recently changed cars to a more expensive model. Simple and easy online system done in 2 minutes. Most companies will fleece you when you change vehicle. This was £19 extra for the 11 months remaining.
Unfortunately there was a delay getting the new car so I had to change back to my old vehicle for 2 days. I rang admiral expecting a heavy admin fee and probably a higher premium. They wavered the admin fees and gave me a small refund. The lady was so helpful.

“I had an insurance job about a year ago. The liament started to click in various areas so I went back to the Admiral to resolve the issue knowing there was a problem.
At 1st I was sent back to Renew to try and sort the issue out. As they had instructed the company who laid the floor. We went back and fro with them and the company getting nowhere fast.
To cut a long winded story short, the Admiral asked for further details. All the way through Owen from Admiral keep me up to date and explained why things needed to be done as they were before moving forward. Infact his customer service skills keep me calm and assured we werent being just fobbed off.
In the end it was agreed to have the flooring redone and I was to find a company I was happy with. Needless to say I now have a beautiful floor and no clicking.
We had an investigation as to the reason for the clicking and it was very clear from all the faults it was due to bad fitting and prep work along with the underlay. It was stated the flooring had already start to fail at the joints.
I understand why it takes time to sort these matters out. I can't praise Admiral enough for the work they did to resolve this matter.”
