Hit an animal on a country road aat 222:00, informed AXA the next day, 3 days later a company called Copart picked the car up to then hold it in a yard for 7 days. AXA said I couldn't have a courtesy car unless it was deemed repairable by Copart. After several phone calls and in answered emails, Copart eventually said it was deemed repairable, AXA then informed I still couldn't have a courtesy car until it was picked up by the garage that was going to do the repairs. Was phoned the next day by fix auto network to arrange the collection and repair of my car, told the garage that would fix my car would be in touch. 2 days later, car still in yard as AXA hadn't given COPART permission to release car. It has now been 2 weeks since my accident, still no car, still no courtesy car, and garage believes they will get my car tomorrow, but has no idea when car will be fixed as it will depend on IF they can get parts. It's a Mazda 3 not a limited edition Bugatti. Avoid AXA at all costs, they completely do not care about customer service.

If I could give less than a star I would. I had my accident over a week ago, noone has been to collect my car or even requested pictures of the damage. I was hit in the back by a hit and run and AXA have BLAMED ME? Saying I’m fault when it was a hit and run and they simply can’t get the registration of the other driver so they blame me. Tragic, unprofessional, do NOT reply to emails, I had one phone call to explain the incidents and they immediately sent a letter stating I was at fault although they hadn’t even investigated. POOR

I have been a customer for close to 10 years, Axa cancelled my policy without informing me, I renewed via phone call on 28/5 where I paid the deposit & first month upfront, at this time I informed the CS rep to change my account direct debit over as I had closed the original. I was told this had been done.. I thought no more about it. My car broke down on 19/10, when I rang to enquire about breakdown service I was told my account had been cancelled but could not be told why? Resulting in my car being towed/ compounded which I then had to pay €120 towe charge myself to get my car back. I contacted Axa to try and resovle this who informed me the policy could not be re-instated and I would need to start a new policy and pay the deposit etc AGAIN! Still nobody can actually tell me why the account was cancelled I am assuming the DD was never changed over, there is a phone record of the conversation on their database should they wish to check facts. I received 0 txts, 0 calls, 0 emails & 0 letters for the cancellation. Disgraceful. No claims bonus letter, please & thanks!

Held my vehicle in a breakers yard in Belfast for six weeks for assessment and then informed me I would have to do the repairs myself had to almost beg for a car to get me around that they only give me for two weeks so don’t be fooled people what AXA insurance say they will do for you

I have been trying to contact AXA for the last couple of days! I had an accident 3 days ago. My car is still at the compound it was towed to. Not even arrived at the garage. I do not know if it is repairable or what??? The Garage say they haven't received authorisation to collect the car. They suggested calling AXA. What a joke!!!!! I am on my sixth phone call now. Each time, I am cut off, when the person i am talking to is in mid-sentence! You would think they would call me back, right? No, they don't! I pay for a courtesy car, but i am having to get taxi's to and from work. Until the garage receive my car, to assess the damage, they cannot allocate me a courtesy car. I literally do not know which way to turn. I WOULD NEVER, EVER USE AXA AGAIN!

We are still stuck at the side of the road 33 hours after reporting our breakdown to axa. Phone calls not returned, Axa suck.

This says it all. Two years of stress and sleepless nights for my complaint and thus claim to be fully upheld and still AXA ignore everything...even the Financial Ombudsman! Hello, I take this opportunity to confirm that my offer has expired. I take this opportunity to remind you that you are bound by the terms of the Final Decision made-out by the Ombudsman. I require payment of the full balance no later than noon Friday 13 August 2021. If AXA does not pay the full balance by the said date then I will commence legal action. AXA will be liable for my costs, fees and any other court fees thereto. I also require from the AXA CEO a full and complete apology for your utterly atrocious, dispicable and totally unprofessional conduct. Thank you.

WORST POSSIBLE CHOICE for insurance for ANY COMPANY. You make the life of patients hell. You cut off coverage for prescription in the middle of a treatment. Each visit to the doctor requires minimum 3 hours to get approval. WORST HEALTH INSURANCE EVER

Iam so angry i book car and insurance from this company AXA i came in Lisbon to pick my car then they told me this not insurance with us u need to do again i ask for refund they say no. Conclusion they took my insurance i never use plus fake page on Internet plus no hood customer service.never again. AXA enjoy my money fake company

Καλησπέρα σας, πελάτης της AXA στις 16/06/2021 προκάλεσε ολική καταστροφή στο αυτοκίνητο μου.Ανοίχτε φάκελος ζημιάς με αριθμό 200293132 διακανονιστής της ασφαλιστικής σας απέρριπτε επί μια εβδομάδα το αίματα της ασφαλιστικής μου με αιτία "'Ελλειψη Δήλωσης"(φαίνεται στο screenshot). Αφού επί μια εβδομάδα τον παρακάλούσα κυριολεκτικά να δει το θέμα μου ανέφερε "α τελικά υπάρχει δήλωση πάτησα αποδοχή, από εδώ και πέρα μιλάς με την ασφαλιστική σου ".Κάτι που δείχνει πώς δεν είχε ασχοληθεί ούτε στο ελάχιστο με την υπόθεση καθώς το αίτημα πήγε στην ασφαλιστική του διότι η ζημιά έχει υπερβεί τα 6.500 ευρώ το όριο φιλικού διακανονισμού.Όταν του το ανέφερα για 100στι φορά μου είπε επί λέξη "δεν το γνώριζα δεν μου το είπε κανείς θα αποζημιώσω τότε"(να σημειώσω ότι η διακανονίστρια μου από την allianz μου κοινοποιήσε τα emails που του εξηγούσε με σαφήνεια την υπόθεση, προφανώς και δεν είχε διαβάσει καν)

Save yourself and chose a company that can actually help when in need. I chose AXA breakdown cover due to the largely positive reviews, cost and lower average time frame for assistance compared to others. I can assure you when I needed assistance this was not the case: a lack of care, no accountability and a +3 hour wait on the roadside in 25 degree heat. I will be recommending people (as many as I can) to steer clear and if you are reading this please consider other options!! I am convinced that the first person I spoke to forgot to chase things up which left us roadside for hours waiting for updates and received pitiful texts to say they will be here within 45mins... which they didn’t. After It became ridiculous I called again to speak with someone (tried a few times and was on hold for over 5-10 mins). If you think the car was totalled you couldn’t be more wrong, the tyre blew out and they said the only way to get us home is to take the car to a compound overnight and to wait for a taxi to come (25 degree heat) and by this time it was getting to the evening and added another hour on. Following this the car was due to arrive the following day, Monday and it is currently Wednesday afternoon and it is still yet to arrive at my home with the apology because it was ‘busy’. Steer clear!

I took AXA insurance for a move between Dubai and Geneva. We had damaged items and damage to our car. It was an awful experience AXA uses brokers that offer you very small amounts starting at 10-20% of the value of thing broken. It took 8 months to resolve and dozens of emails. I filed a complain with AXA on their site they never replied. In the end you cannot do anything. For 2000 USD damage to my car axe paid 380 USD for our household items the paid about 30% of the value to replace broken items. I will not use them again. It was really time consuming and depressing process.

Do not go with this company at all… Do not go with this company at all cost.. disgusting I have 2 years no claims drive 3.5 tonne vans have a golf 1.4 tsi on it what has died got another car they will happily temp cover it but won’t swap it over saying due to age but when I 1st past 2 years ago got a gti and can get insured on that spoke to the manager to say cancel the policy they will wave the cancellation fee when I stated my car is dead been on the garage 3 months don’t know when it’s back.. advised just to cancel loose all deposit and monthly fees and take out a new policy doesn’t state in terms and conditions advising can’t swap cars so now over £700 out of pocket for 3 months!! When not even drove the car and then pay on top another £100+ just to temp cover until my car is fixed… will definitely never go back to this company the discriminate you take your money and won’t swap your car over if the old one has died… manager stated to me they are not obligated to cover another car!!

AXA ITS REALLY POOR INSURANCE I PAID MORE THAN AED4,000 WHEN EVER I AM USING THE INSURANCE IS NOT COVERED ONLY COVERING PART OF MEDICINE AND DR VISIT AND ALWAYS TAKING THE TIME FOR APPROVAL OF MEDICINE AND 1 TO 4 HOURS FOR OTHER REQUIREMENT

Accident was reported more then 2 months ago, still waiting for the repairs. Claim was straight forward but it is taking way too long plus rude customer service. Waste of time and money. I'm really really disappointed with the customer service, one of the worst experience and wouldn't recommend anyone to take insurance with AXA

I came to the school where I was s teacher, and a little millennial girl signed me up for a 401k. Once she had my account, I never got any other follow-ups or heard from her again until I was finally able to reach her by phone. After asking her my investment question, her answer was: "oh whatever you think." What a joke of an agent--and a company. I rolled my account to their competitor; been totally pleased.

It is the worst insurance company. Your claim will stuck there for more than a month and no feedback from the officer who is reviewing your claim. Their website is buggy and you cant even do any complain to them. They only good in keep trying to get contract signed by corporation to bring in revenue to them with mediocre services that is aligned to the contract.

I've been dealing with insurance companies all my life and this was the first time I opted for Axa falling for their sales guy. This is the worst experience in my life from an insurance company. Their only objective is to reject your claim at any cost. I was asked by the doctor to undergo surgery for a medical condition which I didn't know I was having although this started developing 2 yrs ago as per medical reports. They rejected the claim saying this is undeclared pre existing condition. Now I have to 11000 aed to do the surgery. If there was an option to rate them zero I would've done that. worst experience ever
