It's about time Axa changed its policy about being in an accident with an uninsured driver.This happened to me in the past and I lost my no claims bonus and the excess on my policy even though I had all the drivers details and the accident was not my fault. I also had fully comprehensive insurance. I changed my insurance company after this.

axa took my money refused my insurance until I give written proof, 0f my no claim bonus as a result I lost two months of my insurance

Please note Badal was my friend and neighbour and I helped him with his insurance online. Sadly Badal passed away in February (His son advised you of this). If there is any way you could stop the emails addressed to Badal I would be grateful. I have only rated everything poor in the hope this gets more attention. Thank You Phil Methven
