Ring me 07790362007 I was not happy with your adviser and how he bumped up the price from the previous call I made one minute earlier even when I used the reference he managed to bump it up 😡

Tried to call 3 times over a 24 hour period as I had tried online and it would not work, to be told systems were down and they couldn't adjust existing or create new policies. If it hadn't been that they had the best price, I would have gone elsewhere. Also, when I did manage to speak with someone and set the policy up, I was charged twice on my debit card. This was after I specifically asked if I had already been charged as I had tried online, to be told by the agent that that was impossible as the system was down, which is obviously incorrect.

I had to cancel the policy after 3 weeks when my bike sold and got hit with an approx 70% cancellation charge - absolutely horrendous! Also I got chased by letter for proof of a CBT despite clearly declaring when I took out the policy that I didnt have one - because I had no intention of riding currently and was selling my bike. I wasn't riding the bike so I didn't need one! Awful admin and charges.

I changed a 1300cc bike for a 500cc bike similar values was going to be charged more to keep old insurance for few months than cancel and take out new policy for a year

I took the policy out thinking that I had protected NCD. However, when the policy documents came through, this was not included. My name was written incorrectly and the registration number of the vehicle was incorrect. You were quick enough to advise that I would have to contact the office to get a revised quote for protected NCD. However you did not resend the documents showing the correct name or registration number. You have since amended my name correctly to Leslie, howeve I am still waiting for the certificate to be issued showing the CORRECT registration number, two weeks after inception of the policy.

Obviously you don't read these as I already submitted one in which I described I my disappointment when I was quoted £85.00 initially but on contacting Bennetts by phone I was quoted £112.00 and the then to finally end up paying £95.00. I will seriously consider other options even if I have to pay a higher price when I renew.

I sent proof of no claims bonus that was rejected. I then had to phone to enquire why as it was one of your preferred methods of proof. After being on hold for 10 minutes I was then told it was accepted.

Got a quote online through a comparison site which rose by 50% when I tried to purchase. Rang Bennett only to treated like a child by an advisor who kept saying do it line, it must be an error by the comparison site. I found the Bennett website to be very difficult and had to stop because it was impossible to finish as it would not accept a blank field. I rang Bennetts back only tobe

Got quote, phoned up to buy, got directed to another person because my bike isn't kept at my home address, got through to that person who then asked me why I had been directed to them, they couldn't understand why, they then re-directed me to another person who managed to help me, got policy through the post and some of the details were wrong, called to correct the details and customer services were busy so I asked for a call back, call back didn't happen so I called again, got through to a man called Abi who didn't really know what he was doing, after an hour on the phone I had to cancel my policy and buy a new One, looked at my policy details on Monday and still some of the information was incorrect, so yet again called and had to buy another policy to enable you people to correct it, the man I spoke to Stewart was helpful and knew what he was doing. I cannot explain how angry and annoyed I am. I am now waiting for my Two refunds and I am out of pocket because I had to pay the Visa transaction fees Twice. I have asked for a manager/ supervisor to call me back. As yet no call.

Quoted renewal price was not your best. Nearly lost my business as competitor gave much lower quote. Only after a call to you to cancel my policy did you reduce my premium to a more competitive and realistic sum.

Loyal customer then got spanked by the re quote. You upped it by £120 without a change in any of my circumstances and the operator refused to budge on the quote. Went to go compare and reinsured with you for £20 less than my previous years price. What w waste of everyone's time and bad press for your team

Been with Bennett's previously, had my renewal notice whilst away working. Insurance ran out 19/12/16, tried to renew on 21/12/16. Evidently insurance had lapsed, therefore effectively closing my account, had to go through whole ridiculous procedure of who I am, what bikes I'm insuring, full description, blah blah blah. Ended up in heated discussion with your agent, as the new quote surprise surprise, was more expensive than the renewal. I also had an issue with an overcharge on last Years renewal, but due to the fact I'd already been on the phone for 20 minutes, was getting bored, losing the will to live, and quite frankly couldn't be bothered to go through this whole process again with a new insurer, I didn't have the mental stamina to argue the point with the agent ! At the end of the day, you're not even an insurance company - just an intermediary, a broker. Not at all happy with service, but for this year it's got to be better the devil you know ! Customer Loyalty is non existent, therefore I have no loyalty to stick with you guys - and for clarification I won't be ! Andy Hobbs

I already have a multibike insurance with Bennets but when i rang up to get a new scooter covered i was told that they could not cover it so i went on-line to compare the market.com and the best deal on there was by Bennets. so why was i told they could not cover my new scooter

2nd time i have used Bennetts and each time when renewal time comes around price is hiked up a tremendous amount. This time from £76 to £106 pounds 40%. Each time you seem to use Highway insurance. Went on compare websites and both Go compare and Compare the Mkt came up with Bennetts as cheapest deal at £77 and £81 respectively. Phoned Bennetts direct to tell them about my findings and you would not amend my renewal price. So reinsured through Bennetts using Go compare website for £77 pounds.
