30/03/21 Enterprise are keeping in regular contact, ready-to-go for a few days now. AW Boston have my photos and are waiting to hear from ...yes, you guessed it, that's right... BUDGET! So! We are all now waiting for BUDGET ...and this goes on and on! SHAME ON YOU, BUDGET!!!! 24/03/21 My claim has now taken SEVEN MONTHS FROM TOMORROW to begin to be processed. (I reported my accident 25th Oct 2020!) Today some progress...Enterprise Car rental Spalding have called me to get the ball rolling on my replacement car and on the same day AW Boston, the garage arranging the repairs, have contacted me too, which is great! A huge relief! But guess what? They have asked me to provide photos of the damage...strange as BUDGET were sent photos in Oct 2020! Why couldn't the photos be passed on along with the rest of my case notes? (BUDGET ARE INCOMPETENT, that's why!) The ombudsman has also contacted me today and I have asked them for assistance to help me leave BUDGET without having to pay a penalty, so I can find a legitimate insurance company, not one that operates on the premise of deception.(BUDGET INSURANCE deceived me. They have shamelessly taken my comprehensive premium payments under false pretence, without providing peace of mind...WITHOUT PROVIDING ANYTHING AT ALL, EXCEPT A WHOLE HEAP OF STRESS) 23/03/21 I have been informed by my solicitor that Budget insurance have been trying to call me ...but get this,...they've only been calling someone else's number 😂🤣😂🤣for goodness sake!!! Spoke with the underwriters today who were told, by Budget, that my front passenger side light was damaged?! Not correct! In fact it was the left hand side wing which was hit causing some cracking along the front bumper...not the light! (Budget EVEN had the photos I sent them 😂🤣😂🤣) In my experience Budget really are complete, incompetent twits!!! 21/03/21 Over ten days since your 'reply' Toni?!! and almost seven months since I reported my no fault accident to you!! STILL NO RESOLUTION. STILL HAPPILY TAKING MY MONEY THOUGH! 20/03/21 Clearly non-existent customer service. Not trustworthy. Outrageous! AVOID 19/03/21 Heard nothing today either. 18/03/21 Still no news. Awful service. (17/03/21) My terrible experience continues! Another week on and still no nearer to getting my car fixed. I have passed the matter over to my solicitor now and I will continue to keep potential customers posted on any 'progress' from now on until the matter is resolved...Be warned! This could be you, when you try to claim. 09/03/21 If I could give less stars I would. I had a no fault accident almost 6 months ago! I pay comprehensive premiums and my claim has still not been processed! What on earth is going on here?!!!! My car still has not been repaired and my attempts at communication are being ignored. I have never ever had an issue with any insurance company before. Please beware!!! This 'insurance' company is not what it appears to be. There is only so much that can be blamed on Covid!! Seriously?! For goodness sake, how long does it take to call a customer to explain what's going on?!! How long does it take to reply to an email?!! Quite frankly this is appalling treatment. I'm fuming!!!! How very dare they?!!!

Terrible company - only insured with them because they were selected by HSBC Car Insurance. Unhelpful, intransigent and I am escalating my complaint to the financial ombudsmen. If you have a choice pick someone else.

I had home insurance with Budget Insurance, but when there was a fire in my flat, they refused to pay anything. Absolutely awful service. They also made it really hard to cancel the policy.

Appalling customer service when making a claim. Was passed all over the place and told it was nothing to do with budget as lloyds was the under writers. Was offered 2 tvs that was out of stock or discontinued before I was offered a sub standard one. The whole process took over 12 weeks. Shambles from start to finish

Budget increased my home & contents renewal over previous year by 49%, (same cover) Three Budget staff checked it out and said "no mistake". I feel for those who accept this rorting Robert Logan

U renewed my policy without even asking once if i wanted to or not, you then immediately sent a a debt collection company to colect the first payment of said policy i didnt want. Your scum

We were with budget for many many years had everything covered by them. After finding out they up our insurance cover we were paying more than NRMA !! We called to see if we could get a better rate, only to be told thats only for the new clients, really how about looking after your dedicated clients !! So we closed up shop and moved all our insurance to the cheaper one yes NRMA

Had an issue with a renewal payment due to my existing debit card running out; subsequently charged £20 for the missed payment. I would have cancelled the policy if it weren't for the ridiculous £60 cancellation fee. After this experience I wouldn't recommend using the company to anybody and I'll certainly avoid in the future.

I get this email to leave a review and within 1 minute I get an email from Dial Direct who I have never had any business with asking to leave a review. Thanks for keeping my data secure! I only provided my email address to get a renewal acceptance confirmation which didn't happen.

Don't fall for their low price, when something happens you'll end up having to go fix it out of your own pocket as their PDS conveniently excludes pretty much anything worth covering. Absolute joke. Had to chase nearly daily for 3 weeks for them to finally give me their assessors report. The report had price gouging in it to bring it over the excess, and actually excluded the main point of concern due to their PDS.

Tried to penalise me for my card being declined on auto renew - even though my old card had expired. When I complained the staff on the customer services were VERY rude. Awful experience.

Getting threatening letters,I did not renew my policy I went with another insurer so why am I getting threatening letters from budget.scammers.

Charged £65 to cancel the policy after 11 days, so within the 14 day cooling off period as policy starts from 15/11. No they state 14 days for when I purchased it. Total rip off. Avoid at all cost. Years premium was only £149!
