“I've been with Budget Insurance for 15 years. They have always found good value quotations for me for my cars - without me having to trawl through the web sites of insurance companies myself. Their service is always professional, courteous, relevant and their fee is inexpensive. I recommend their services to anybody who mentions that they are looking for car insurance. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“I cant really comment here about stuff. Initial customer service when selling me the insurance over 12 months ago was good and Ive not had to make a claim so no idea how good that service is. Auto renewal worked fine although I am baffled as to why my premium went up by 50% when I've made no claims. An explanation for that would have been nice, had it been included in my renewal paperwork.”
