“Very pleased with my churchillinsurance but disappointed that I did not get the 2 for 1 meal offer as advertised on television, after several attempts. Is this offer still available.?”

“Churchill is terrible, I would never go with them again in a million years, they don't know what's going on, always switching between people and they clearly don't communicate to each other as I have to repeat myself 100 times, absolutely worse insurance group to go with”

“Absolutely shocking and dishonest. Will take money from you any which way they can. I am paying £59.00 for third party fire and theft and minimal breakdown cover. Just happened to check today and with exact same details on Churchill’s website, I was quoted £43 for fully comp with better breakdown cover! Could be paying that lower rate with loads of other insurance company. Having spoken to Churchill about it they are conveniently ‘unable to match the price mid-term’. ‘Admin fees’ to leave Churchill are so expensive that I’m stuck with this awful policy. Bleeding current customers dry while trying to lure in new ones. Avoid avoid avoid!”

“As a repairer of one of your customer's vehicles, i find your claims payment team to be of the most incapable teams to deal with. With there belittling attitude towards the people that i trying to help your company.”

“Everything was great for the year I had home insurance and I never had to make a claim. The renewal however was a different situation. After doing a online comparison I wanted to see what could be done to match up the comparison and renewal. After asking just one question the 'helpful' operator stopped answering my questions, or indeed even speaking. They didn't place me on hold, (where I may have given them the benefit of the doubt) they just sat back and left me listening to the other operators in the background answering their own calls and questions. 20 minutes later I said 'excuse me' and I got a reply straight away asking if everything was ok. Funnily enough it was and I asked for any automatic renewal to be stopped with immediate affect. He did manage to do that. Before anyone wonders why I held on waiting with no conversation, I was online taking out insurance with another company.”
