“we have our house insurance with Dial Direct, we haven't had to use them yet so i cannot give them five stars but for ease of use and renewal of insurance they are simple and competitive”

“We've been with Dial Direct for a while and fortunately haven't needed to ask for help. It's reassuring that Dial Direct are there though. Excellent feedback and updates from them and you know where you are without all the 'exceptions' other insurers apply. Very good value for money for the cover we have on our house and belongings.”
