“The service from Dial Direct Insurance was fantastic, from quote to buying the insurance was very smooth, and with an online sign in account means it's simple to access documents etc with no fuss.”

“Your renewal premium was never transcripted to me you increased the premiums without prior notification .this left me with bank charges .I am not happy and thinking about involving the ombudsman . . very unhappy”

“I was a little worried as I had never heard of this provider,but a family member had so I just went with it.Fortunately l haven't had to make a claim so don't know about their customer service directly but have no reason to think it wouldn't be satisfactory.”

“Don't go near them. They doubled the price after two months , wouldn't let me cancel unless I paid an outrageous amount of money. Have subsequently been quoted much near the original by other providers. Won't use this site or insurer again.”

“I moved to a very safe area 4 miles from my previous address, they more than doubled my monthly payment, I will not be renewing and I will not recommend them”

“I was amazed that it was so easy to get on GO Compare and go through the quotes that were right for me.. I phoned Dialdirect to go through the Policy with them, and it was sorted so quickly. I asked for the Paper Insurance document to be sent to me by post..This was no problem and received them quite quickly after my no claims bonus was sent to them.. I do hope that my quote om renewal with be just as good.”

“Difficult to write a review apart from the ease in which I was able to buy the insurance for my car. As I have not had any problems then I am not aware how any claim would have been handled. Apart from this I believe I would more than likely insure with Dial Direct again when it is due for renewal. Please note I am from Chorley Lancashire and not from Preston as shown below.”
