“This company has the worst customer service. The call centre speak to you rudely and sarcastically. There are hidden charges all the way through and any customer purchase rights are ignored.”

“First insurance - no problem. Afterwards very poorly advised autorenewal at extortion price. Massive cancellation fees. Defnitely nod advised.”

“I Haven't had a chance to communicate with them, after I have taken the policy, but seems to me trouble free insurance company. When you go for a claim only you can see the in and outs. This is what I can tell you at present.”

“Having never used a compare website before I did so to get the best price for car insurance, Seeing as I had not insured a car in my own name for a while I was expecting a hefty bill. Even with zero no claims bonus Dial Direct gave me an excellent price for insuring my brand new Nissan X-Trail. Their customer service staff also made it really easy to deal with them over the phone. I'm really pleased with choosing Dial Direct.”

“Straight forward van policy, easy to set up and hassle free. I haven't had to make any claims so I can't really make any further comment other than I will probably renew when the time comes.”
