“Please anyone reading this DO not ever use Dial Direct for your next insurance. After years of being with Direct Line I changed to them and its been the worst experience from the start. I recently had a claim and very upsetting and stressful to deal with. They have the worst customer service experience I have ever ever witnessed. The staff are rude, argue and talk over you when you try to complain and say they are going to do something and never do it as the right hand does not know what the left and is doing. Complete JOKE”
