“Good price. Have tried to phone on 0344 412 2139 many time recently to talk to some one and have hung on the line for over half an hour a couple of times so hence the mid star Mark.thanks John warren”

“Paid early for policy or so I thought using an account I only keep low amounts of money in, a month later I get a bill of £30 or so for non payment. Theu delayed taking payment out, i thought it was already paid on the day i gave the card details so by a month down the line I had used some of the money for something else and had fone below the policy amount so my bank refused to pay it. I rang to complain that I had already paid it and was told that they had only just tried to take it out and that I had to pay the admin fee. Next year I will not renew .”

“7 weeks ago I was involed in an accident I was staionary waiting for traffic lights to change when a van hit me from behind shunting me into the car in front, my car was written off and I am still waiting to be paid out, this is a very stressful time I feel that I am being ignored I am a pensinor,what help is ther if you cant sort it out,not very happy.”

“To be honest it is my fault as I did not spot this automatic renewal notice hence I have finished up with two lots of insurance on my house. “Low cost house insurance and price has gone down this year. Easy access to policy on Line and plenty of notice at renewal. Haven’t claimed yet on a policy so not able to comment on this aspect.”
