“I didn't have to do thing dial direct used my previous information sent me a new quote which was cheaper and did all the the paper work then just sent me a email confirming that I was insured.”

“Start of my second year with Dial Direct and premium better than expected. My only criticism is that there is no on-line facility to update my credit card details so was necessary to telephone and join a long queue to speak with a member of staff to make this change otherwise renewal would have been much more efficient.”

“They were fantastic helping me with having my car repaired when a lady hit my car while it was on my drive. Took me through the process and managed to have my car repaired and returned in 6 weeks. The lady was so pleasent and understanding. Highley recommended Dial Direct to family and friends.”

“I am a Dial Direct Client for more than 6 years and I have been a loyal client towards this company, but they are failing me. I am not impressed with their level of service. It has been almost a month since I reported the accident, still I'm not getting any joy. I am most annoyed that I must wait for this long for them to finalize my claim. I trust this is not the way Dial Direct wishes to conduct business with valued clients. With the treatment that I have encountered from this insurer so called Dial Direct as from last month (August 2022), I would not recommend anyone due to their poor service delivery.”
