“The last 2 years car Insurance renewal quotes from Dial Direct have been so competitive with little premium increases that I've allowed auto renewal to take place. This is the only insurance company I have stayed with for more than a year in all my 50+ years of caring ownership.”

“Luckily I have not had to make a claim while I've been with Dial Direct which is approx three years. I feel quite confident that I am dealing with an insurance company who genuinely care about their customers. Each time my renewal notice comes through I do phone them to make sure I am getting the cover I need for a price that fits my budget and they are always happy to give me the reassurance I need and various options available to me.”
