“needed to cancel my car insurance and was stunned paying £50 odd to do this how disgusting is that being a great customer with no claims i had everything breakdown no clims protection and had to pay this i will not be using you again or recommending anyone stay away people if you need to cancel they rob you”

“Had house insurance with Dial Direct. This year the price shot up by £1200 bringing the cost to £2470 . got another from Sainsbury's £595 which included extra cover. What's with ripping people off Dial Direct”
