“When it was time to renew my insurance it didn't go up a great deal that is why I stay with them, if I need any assistance they are at the end of the phone, and they are very helpful and polite,”

“I have been using Dial Direct for motor insurance for several years. They are consistently the cheapest and the fist insurance company I have used in a very long time where the renewal quotes, after not making a claim, have been lower than the previous years premium. I am so pleased that I can just allow my motor insurance to roll over each year knowing I'm not being ripped off by a company that treats existing customers as cash cows. I have had no reason to claim on my policy as yet so I cannot comment on how well (or not) they do in that situation.”

“2nd year with these guys. Very happy. Phoned up as was getting a better deal on market compare & they were very helpful in reducing the premium. I do like to stay if the premium is right. I would recommend anyone to Atleast give them a call & see what quote they offer.”
