“At last...a decent motor insurance company...the only insurance company to actually give me a decent reduction in my car insurance...I showed loyalty to this company...and they repaid my loyalty back by reducing my monthly payments.... absolutely great full for this...”

“I cannot believe you've asked for a review!!! Been with Dial Direct for the last few years, got my renewal price through, increased by over £100. Went on comparison site where guess what I could get last years price, great I thought phone them up and I save myself £100. I speak to Dial Direct and that price is only for new customers, yet again customer loyalty counts for nothing!! BTW not with Dial Direct anymore!!!!”

“Price less than last year so happy. Haven't had to call you for anything so hopefully stays that way. Like the reassurance of breakdown cover. Would have liked the insurance to be sent by post as this is what I asked for.”

“Last year I had to use the rac and they really helped me. This year at renewal the price remained competitive so I could stay with you, Up to now after a year and a bit everything seems ok. And I can call you on the telephone... an English person When I had to change my car the process was easy and seamless, My other insurance insisted on giving me up to 6 months driving abrourd even though I have no passport.. yes silly I.know... You offer somthing usefull to me ,, RAC... I like dial direct insurance 😎”
