“Terrible service, been told refund will take 5 workings days from 2nd June, and I rang up today, they said refund will take another 5 working days because they forgot to do so, one of the lady gave really bad attitude to me, because of their own fault. Its like please avoid this company.”

“At the moment, not good at all and I would not recommend Dial Direct. I currently have a formal complaint logged and there is absolute silence, everything has gone quiet. My complaint relates to what I interpret as poor advice and then Dial Direct threatens to raise my premium by a substantial amount of money.”

“As it was a renewal, I was reminded in good time for consideration. The renewal price was a £1 increase, so I was happy. It came with the same contract elements, so loss or inclusion of elements. It was stated that the increase date and insurance would commence, again a good timeline. On the day it was taken out my account and the documents emailed to me. So overall, a quick simple cost effective process.”
