“I've had excellent service with Dial Direct, had an incident last year with my car, and proceeded to make a claim, everyone was extremely helpful, decided to pay for the damage myself in the end as it wasn't as much as anticipated. Premiums on both my cars have reduced since last years renewal. Well done Dial Direct!”

“Every year you send a 'silly' renewal price, often double previous year. I have to get on phone to get 'your best offer'. Why can't I just be sent that in the first place?”
