was able to speak to very polite and helpful staff by telephone and asked for duplicate copies as my printer was not functioning properly. this was done promptly.

Dial Direct Looks ok until you start to make a claim then it becomes an issue, been waiting for a ceiling to be fixed since November, first asked if i wanted to use my own builder and when told then can deal with it they go back and forth with their own builder about price, this is absolutely ridiculous, when you dig deep into the policy doesn't seem to insure you on much nearly everything states we do not cover for, i will be cancelling my policy as soon as the work is completed

I found that I had to amend my policy to include another driver and change my occupation. All of this was easily achieved in my account online - and I got a good price, too.

Renewal was straightforward, although I was a bit miffed because my premium had doubled, in hindsight I should have got on the phone and negotiated a reduction, won’t make that mistake next year.

My insurance price went up over double than previous year for same cover not happy but all insurance companies have doubled prices where do companies think people are getting money from ?

I thought my insurance covered breakdown.To my dismay RAC quoted £195 to come to the scene and fix a new tyre. I went elsewhere and got a new tyre for a lot less. Can you tell me why my insurance did not cover this?

I received my quote to renew my insurance. I thought this was quite expensive so queried this with a sales person who immediately was able to give a discount which I accepted. I consider this as fair service.

My car insurance premium was up for renewal but my initial quote was an increase on last year, having received a number of other slightly cheaper quotes I contacted Direct Line and spoke with a very helpful advisor who was able to reduce my premium for this year’s renewal. Excellent, efficient and helpful service.
