“was able to speedily make amendments to my policy, so happy there, monthly premium dropped by £9.00 per month, so happy there too, however not at all happy ay being charged £25.00 to make amendments only 6 days after receiving quote.”

“When renewal came through post email it was to high . 3 times I called to get it lower . Eventually I did. Question is if yourselves could offer a lower price after I called why can't they offer it from the start”

“I am delighted to have not had to contact Dial Direct so it is a little hard to say how efficient they are in an emergency. But I do know that this year my premium went down, that’s a very good reason for me to remain with Dial Direct.”
