“Found Dial Direct on comparison site because previous insurer put up price so much. DD gave me a quote I was happy with and the changeover was very easy and quick. Their website is easy to se and everything I want to know is there. At renewal time, again their quote was acceptable and renewal happened easily and I just had to print of the documents I needed. I am normally a loyal customer and hope to deal with DD for a long time to come, as long as I am treated fairly, which to date has been the case.”
