“I phoned last January and eventually got through to someone saying I didn't want my car insurance renewed as I'd found somewhere cheaper. I was checking my bank statements to do my self assessment tax and lo and behold they debited nearly £300 from my account. Got fed up waiting on the phone for 35 minutes to speak to someone again so canceled online and was refunded a measly £60. I'm not happy at all. Are you going to refund me my full amount, Dial Direct?”

“They give really reasonable quotes for my BMW Z3. This years quote was less than last year and it includes breakdown cover. Highly recommend them !”
