“Last year found the whole experience of insuring with Dial Direct straightforward and economical....once again this year found the same, premium had increased slightly but not enough to faff about changing insurers. Website was really easy to use and above all a renewal message was sent well in advance, have me plenty of time to shop around!. Once reinsured Ask MID was updated within 48 hours....always have had problems with other insurers regarding this.”

“Cheaper than last year's policy - all dealt with very quickly. I had one small issue I needed to check on policy as changed car recently and was dealt with very quickly and efficiently on the phone - Many thanks”
