“This is the 3rd year I have been with dial direct. So easy to understand and the customer service is always 1st class. Renewing my car insurance is as simple as ABC plus my insurance has been lower the last 2 years at renewal. Thank you Dial Direct”

“Easy to get in touch with. The last two renewals, have come down in premium and not up per year, like the other ones I have used. I have not tried to claim yet, and let's hope I don't have to. That is when you really know how good they are, so far so good.”

“Always very helpful and accommodating when renewing my car insurance, even after trying other insurance companys, I've always come back to Dial Direct who always match other quotes I've been given. Well Happy with the service and the operators are always very helpful.”
