“Dial direct was the cheapest car insurance for this year. Even though I was with Dial direct last year, their insurance premium this year was the best and the cheapest. They are at the end of the phone should I have any queries, and are ever so pleasant and helpful.”

“This is my second year with Dial Direct, the first year was a really good price and it had everything in it what I wanted/ needed so I decided to give it ago again and this year not much different with the increase which was a bonus. I would definitely recommend it and if the price is good again for next year I would probably stay with them again.”

“Easy renewal process and web portal is easy to use. All works very easy, the only issue I had is my vehicle showed as not insured on askMid for a few days at the start of the renewal, even though I was insured. I printed my certificate of insurance in case I got stopped, and I only knew by checking manually, if unaware of this could be a tricky conversion with the police if stoped.”

“Very helpful when I had to make a claim, i was impressed with how quickly they sorted it for me, the only thing that I would suggest to make the process easier, would be able to speak and deal with one dedicated appointed agent instead of having to ring at least 3 different department/ agencies.”
