“Excellent insurance company no hassle no trying to sell you extras. Also once a year usually I change insurance as money goes up but dial direct went up a little and couldn't beat anywhere else so I've stayed with them for another year. Do it all online ,they send documents by post if asked ,no problems at all.second year with them .”

“Dial Direct insurance , I came upon it somehow, it's the best car insurance price wise I've found and a great benefit that it's automatically comes with free breakdown cover. This year's insurance policy went up a couple of pounds from last year. Superb company.”

“I have given DD 4 stars. I approve of the reduction in price from last year. However, it is time to review this policy of charging an administration charge on top of the policy price. It is not an incentive to keeping customers, more of a punishment for loyalty. I see some of the reviews tell you this quite clearly. They feel. cheated. What is the point of having a protected NCD, then you lose a percentage of this through this very unfair admin charge. Having road breakdown assistance with RAC is a plus. I no longer auto renew as I like to make sure your price is still the best. Your phone operator that handled my renewal knew what he was doing, no fault with him. A Sutherlan SGM”

“At last...a decent motor insurance company...the only insurance company to actually give me a decent reduction in my car insurance...I showed loyalty to this company...and they repaid my loyalty back by reducing my monthly payments.... absolutely great full for this...”

“I cannot believe you've asked for a review!!! Been with Dial Direct for the last few years, got my renewal price through, increased by over £100. Went on comparison site where guess what I could get last years price, great I thought phone them up and I save myself £100. I speak to Dial Direct and that price is only for new customers, yet again customer loyalty counts for nothing!! BTW not with Dial Direct anymore!!!!”

“Price less than last year so happy. Haven't had to call you for anything so hopefully stays that way. Like the reassurance of breakdown cover. Would have liked the insurance to be sent by post as this is what I asked for.”
