“Renewal was notified to me early on in the month and the premium was acceptable and very competitive therefore I confirmed renewal of the policy for the forthcoming year and was sent the necessary paperwork to complete the mattter”

“This is my fifth year with dial direct. I had to make a claim two years ago and the whole process was seamless and professionally handled from the beginning. When renewal is due I do check other insurance companies but dial direct has always bettered other quotes. Honestly, I cannot fault them.”

“Excellent price this year. The gentleman who took my call was excellent, he was friendly, knowledgeable and rang me back twice due to my poor signal .I get everything for such a cheap price and don't get charged for a paperwork copy. Definitely give them go they are brilliant”

“Excellent insurance company no hassle no trying to sell you extras. Also once a year usually I change insurance as money goes up but dial direct went up a little and couldn't beat anywhere else so I've stayed with them for another year. Do it all online ,they send documents by post if asked ,no problems at all.second year with them .”
