I think im on my 3rd or 4th year with the company. I would like to see contact number to hand when wanting to ask a question re renewal. Instead I spent 3 days looking for it

I have been with Direct Dial for a few years (a couple of family members are too) & pay by direct debit monthly. The transition from one year to the next always goes smoothly & the quotes are always competitive.

Really happy with Dial Direct in respect of price and cover. I’m sure if I do need their help in the event of an accident they will be there for me. I have just started my second year with them.

I received a message from Dial Direct reminding me my insurance was due they also included a quote, the quote was cheaper than last year, I searched around for other quotes but there's was cheapest so I renewed with them.

The good thing about this company is that at renewal time the price has only gone up a little bit. Obviously they are wanting to keep their regular customers. When in contact they have always been very helpful.

The eventual price of the insurance came down dramatically after several abortive attempts speaking to customer services. I was given three different quotes by three different people but the last person (Shada) was very helpful and payment went through at the lower price without a problem. At one point, I was so frustrated as I was given 2 different quotes by the second assistant that I asked to speak to a Supervisor and the assistant cut me off.

you didn't. I felt like Id been penalised for other peoples reckless regard on the road. I'm 64 and my Insurance went up by 30% Cant remember my last claim. Loyalty counts for absolutely nothing.
