“Dial Direct managed to reduce my renewal with them. I gave them a quick call and they beat the cheapest price i could find on the comparison site. Was good customer service and it didnt take long to get through to speak to someone. So cant find any fault. thank you.”

“As it was a renewal, I was reminded in good time for consideration. The renewal price was a £1 increase, so I was happy. It came with the same contract elements, so loss or inclusion of elements. It was stated that the increase date and insurance would commence, again a good timeline. On the day it was taken out my account and the documents emailed to me. So overall, a quick simple cost effective process.”
