“Unless you make a claim it's not possible to assess the primary relationship with an insurer. However, communication when I changed vehicle half way through was good although doing it online was less straightforward than I would have liked. I eventually did it on the phone and they were very efficient and as far as I could tell there was no admin. charge. Will use again on renewal providing they remain competitive.”
