“Although this was a competitive quote it was well presented. All options were clearly shown and easy to understand. With this in mind I was able to take out more cover for my money. The customer service gave me a voucher for a free car wash after I joined not a lot but no other insurer has done anything like. I had a follow up call to ensure I had received the policy I thought I should have, a nice touch.”

“Having never used a compare website before I did so to get the best price for car insurance, Seeing as I had not insured a car in my own name for a while I was expecting a hefty bill. Even with zero no claims bonus Dial Direct gave me an excellent price for insuring my brand new Nissan X-Trail. Their customer service staff also made it really easy to deal with them over the phone. I'm really pleased with choosing Dial Direct.”
