“What with everything going up was expecting an increase in my premiums ... Then the old compare websites which take time .... Pleasantly suprised when i received my renewal quote and much cheaper than last year Very happy 😊”

“Really like the basic RAC cover included with my policy which other providers were charging as an extra. Have renewed again with Dial Direct this year as their price was so good, their website is easy to log on and navigate to find documents etc. Nice touch is the acknowledgement of payments via text msg 🚗”

“Very happy with dial Direct. Good pricing and free RAC. basic but it would get you home. You have the option of home start etc for a small fee. They are not age discriminate like a lot of insurers are.”

“I could not believe how easy it was to return my item. Just handed it over the counter at a Post Office with the refund paper and all done. I do not have a smart phone but they did it and stuck it on the box. All done in seconds.”
