“The whole experience was simple! I rang to see if Dial Direct could match a much cheaper quote that I got online, they did and I was thrilled 👌🏼 The telephone agent was friendly and polite and went the extra mile. Great service all round.”

“The timing of renewal quote was good. The price was good, with other insurers they Jack the price RIGHT UP HIGH, with DD it ca.e within an acceptable level. In the past with other companies I have had to search for competitive quotes, with DD I accepted the first quote they sent. Good around service.”
