“It was easy to find Dial Direct on line, and surbsequently they renewed my insurance without me having to do anything. They sent details of the renewed cover, which was all easy to understand. I have not needed to make a claim, but am sure that if I did, I would be guaranteed a helpful service.”

“I've used Dial Direct for my car insurance for a number of years. Although the cost has risen it is not excessive compared to many others I've been with. I regard that as good value. Communication is good and DD has been straightforward to deal with.”

“When my motor insurance was ready for renewal l expected a 20 or 30 per cent increase, as is usually the case . I was highly pleased with renewal costing a few pounds more than the previous years amount!👍”
