“I am with dial direct for the past five years, this year i added another vehicle. In August 2022, i claimed for the second vehicle, they have paid the service provider, but my vehicle is not yet fixed. I lodge complaints i get acknowledgements, but complaint not attended to. I removed one of the vehicles because of their service. Very Good insurer, but once you lodged a claim, they don't care how the service provider treats you. You just become a policy number and a client.”

“This is my second year with Dial Direct. Good competitive price excellent cover and optional extras are a good competitive price too. I would definitely recommend Dial Direct insurance company.”

“My premium this year is quite a bit lower than last year and it was good to get this rate without having to negotiate. Easy to access documents online. Fortunately not had to claim on the policy so far so can't comment on that.”
