“I received my renewal quote which was higher than the previous year for my home contents insurance so I rang customer service and they managed to almost cut the price in half from the renewal quote, customer service were very friendly and efficient so I renewed my contents insurance for the possible 10th year running.”

“I'm very happy with dial direct. Have been with them for a few years now. My renewal notice came in this year and it had increased quite a lot. I rang them and a very nice lady gave me discounts which meant I was paying same as last year.”
