“I am very, very happy with the way I am treated by Dial Direct and how they keep in touch and keep me updated with the information I need to know. I was given enough notice of my insurance renewal date, in order for me to look around for a better price or with an alternative provider. I did have a look around, but after doing so, I was more than happy to stay with Dial Direct for those reasons and many more. They are very courteous on the phone, educated in their products and easy to access and my policy is so easy to read. I will be looking for them to give me a quote for my home insurance too, on its annual expiry. I highly recommend Dial Direct to both friends and family.”
