“Considering some of the quotes received, and taking into account all insurances have increased ( not necessarily in small amounts) was satisfied this was the best I could get and been with them for 3/4 years now. Luckily never had to claim, so nothing else to comment on.”

“Customer service is first class and Dial Direct is easy to contact. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and found them to be quick and efficient. My price this year for the maximum permitted (9 years) no claims bonus was higher than expected though probably due to the cost of living crisis. Other than that I’m a happy customer.”
