“I get a text every month telling me my direct debit went out. Tells me the date as well. Really happy. I get notified via text when it's up for renewal, saves having to hunt through the letters”

“As yet I have never had to make a claim. But any time either myself or my wife have contacted the company we always get first class service. All enquiries are dealt with on the call and no need for call back”

“Lovely lady I spoke to regarding my claim, very helpful, easy process, when my repair was looked at and the insurers agreed to fix, I had a call to pay my excess and wow I had my phone fixed and back with me 2 days later, well impressed!!”

“I was sent a renewal email which was quoting £20 more than last year's home insurance. I checked moneysupermarket and got a renewal deal for £20 less. I rang dial direct and asked what they could do and I ended up paying less than last year's premium!”
