“Different staff giving different advice on the same claim. Unorganised and had to do a lot of legal work myself with the third party due to incompetence of the company. Tried to get a renewal and it was only then I was aware they had two open claims on my account that should have being resolved months ago (both of which were not actually claims) of which started a long winded process of trying to get my no claims discount back to which I was owed.”

“Hastings Direct are the best Insurance company I have ever dealt with I would recommend them to anyone. The staff are so helpful and friendly, and I had a nice discount thanks to the smart box and my driving, I scored 90 for this renewal out of 100. Hope to score more next year Thanks Hastings”

“Cheap insurance after the first year but don?t believe the black box score! I don?t speed or brake sharply but getting very low scores. But the price is very reasonable and the customer service is very good.”

“It's amazing! Good price for the first year and excellent price for second year! Had no problems and has excellent customer service! I had a blonde moment and the last on the phone was polite and laughed with me while I figured out i was being silly! Approached lovely on the phone! Excellent”
